1.SIGN UP

To join Eye Stock you will complete online sign-up form and accept our standard terms of agreement. We will then immediately provide you withย  25 Consignment frames and book a training session for your staff on how to use the our platform.

2.START DISPENSING

You are ready to go!

With your display full of stock you will also be able to show your patients any other models or colours available on the Eye Stock platform. Once they have made their choice you can order the model on Eye Stock.

3.ORDER IT IN

To place the order you will go to www.eyestock.co.za and log in with the details provided and order frame the patient has chosen. It is very similar to online ordering of contact lenses / normal lenses from other suppliers.

4.SEND TO YOU

The order has now been placed on Eye stock and we will dispatch the frame to you as soon as possible.

5.SEND TO LAB

You can send the frame you have taken off the shelf to send to the lab to be cut and fit. You will receive the replacement frame soon and to ensure your display is up to date.

6.INVOICE & DISCOUNTS

Your billing contact person will immediately receive an invoice via email for capturing purposes. Within the first week of the next month you will receive a statement reflecting each invoice AND the settlement discount report.

7.STOCK ROTATION

Every 2 months we will rotate the 25 frames for something fresh from our range of over 275 models. Once you have reached the minimum required orders of the next tier we will send you more consignment frames to grow as your business grows.

  • AGREEMENT SUMMARY

    This summary does not constitute all the terms of the Service Level Agreement ("SLA"), nor should it be deemed as legally binding offer from Amiici. In the event of conflict between the summary and the terms of the SLA, the terms of the SLA shall prevail.
  • THE PRODUCT

    Amiici shall provide frames ("Stock") on consignment to the optometrists ("Consignee") according to the package they have agreed upon. The Stock will remain the property of Amiici and will be kept at the delivery address at all times.

  • PLEASE CHOOSE AN OPTION

  • PURCHASE OF FRAMES

    Consumers can try on and choose frames on display, whereupon the Consignee will order the desired frame through the Eye- stock platform. Consumers will receive their frames within 7 days of purchase. A 1 (One) year warranty is provided on all frames.

  • TERMINATION

    The agreement can be terminated within 30 (Thirty) days by any party to the agreement. Specific terms set out in Consignment Agreement.

  • PAYMENT TERMS

    The Consignee will receive an invoice, which invoice should be paid within 40 (Forty) days after Month end. If paid within 40 (Forty) days, a discount will be granted.

  • I hereby accept the agreement in principle based on the summary provided above. Only upon signature of the service level agreement will the terms be binding.
